The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have confirmed the return of Super Eagles coach Salisu Yusuf who was banned from football for a year for collecting bribe.
Yusuf was found guilty of collecting bribe after he was caught on camera collecting N357,000 ($1000) from Journalist posing as football agent who wanted him to select two players for the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
He is also offered 15 percent of future player sales if the figures in question secure transfers after the tournament.
On Thursday, the Nigerian football body
announced the return of Yusuf to football while appreciating stand-in Imama Amapakabo for his contribution during his absence.
“The Nigeria Football Federation has noted that the Chief Coach of the Super Eagles, Salisu Yusuf has now fully served the one-yar suspension clamped on his last year,” the F.A statement read.
