Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state has approved the appointment of Chief executives of State Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCDA), Save One Million lives (SMOLP) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
A press statement issued and signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media, Mukhtar Mohammed Gidado made available to Newsmen in Bauchi state that appointments are with immediate effect.
According to him, Dr Rilwanu Mohammed as the Executive Chairman State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (SPHCDA) l, Dr. Ahmed Sufyan Jibrin as State Programme Manager, Saving One Millions Lives Programme (SMOLP) of Ministry Of Health.
Gidado also stated Dr.Salisu Idris Isa has also been appointed as as Incidence Manager and Focal Person, Basic Health Care Provision Fund, Emergency Operation Center, State Primary Healthcare Development Agency.
He explained that the appointments is part of the efforts of Governor Bala Mohammed to revitalize the healthcare delivery services and strengthen the system to take advantage of opportunities for performance based financing.
